Cancellation Policy

At Bell by the Water – Massage Therapy, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. 

I understand that sometimes plans change, and I always aim to be as flexible as possible. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice.

No-shows or changes to appointments with less than 48 hours notice, will incur a charge of 50% of the cost of the treatment. 

This helps ensure I can keep the schedule running smoothly for everyone.
